If you are looking for reduced buildings and contents insurance premiums you can select
a voluntary excess. You can choose an additional £50, £100, £150, £200 or £250 voluntary excess.
This would apply in addition to the £150 policy excess or £250 excess for claims for escape of water. There is
a minimum excess of £1,000 on claims for subsidence on buildings insurance.
